Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Manager, Digital Growth leads the sales and conversion strategy for our digital banking products. You will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth by improving the customer journey, reducing drop-offs, and optimizing conversion rates across all digital channels. This leadership role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital innovation.

Responsibilities

Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve customer acquisition, activation, and revenue targets across all digital channels, including applications, websites, social media, and partner channels.
  • Build and manage data-driven performance dashboards to track and optimize sales.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure growth objectives are built into product designs and launch plans.

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Map and analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and drop-offs during customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Design and execute split tests (A/B tests), User Experience and User Interface improvements, and personalized tactics to increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Data Analytics and User Experience teams to turn customer behavior data into actionable insights.

Drop-Off Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish monitoring mechanisms and Key Performance Indicators to track drop-offs at key stages, such as sign-up, Know Your Customer identity verification, funding, and first transactions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and collaborate with customer support to fix experience issues that cause users to abandon the process.
  • Define and run continuous optimization cycles to drive growth through marketing automation and personalized customer engagement, while strictly following compliance and risk standards.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or product optimization, ideally in digital banking, financial technology, or electronic commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving digital sales, improving conversion rates, and reducing customer drop-offs.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in journey mapping and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective written and alternative communication skills, with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly customer-focused mindset with a strong passion for digital innovation.
