PURPOSE

Plan, design, develop, implement, review and renovate training roadmaps for all sales levels of Agency channels (Agency and GA) and conduct training courses for Agency Leaders & other advanced courses.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for the management of all designing activities

  • Coordinate closely with agency leaders to fully understand design requirements

  • Implement training roadmap design & development, including formation of training ideas, layout, final approving training material, TTT and Certify for suitable trainers and evaluation, learner follow-up for result, maintenance of training

  • Propose other training programs, explore new training materials and supplies/tools that sharpen agency competencies, help agency growth, enhance training

  • Conduct training or co-ordinate with internal/external trainers to deliver training

  • Conduct trainings for agency leaders in various levels

  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and prepare report to line manager

  • Cost training projects and manage projects to agreed budgets

  • Produce supporting material media, videos, audios, games, roleplays, simulations etc..

  • Design the activities for post-class assignments to assure practice/sharpening skills.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree

  • At least 7 years experiences in Agency training design and development

  • Knowledge and experience with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, virtual/hybrid training, workshops, simulations etc.)

  • Excellent communication

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Good computer, database, and design & training skills.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Have the ability to attract, influence, retain and develop GA Directors and GA agency workforce.

  • Master agency distribution from end-to-end process / market trend

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good computer skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
