Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
- This position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and strategic alignment. This role provides financial leadership through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support informed decision‑making. The Senior Finance Manager partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to drive operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and ensure the organization's long‑term financial health. The position also plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial systems, and developing the finance team's capabilities. .
Education & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in similar role at international manufacturing company with at least 5 years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Professional Accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is a plus
Skills
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with Accounting system, have knowledge of ERP
