Role Description

Bluebik Global is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join a digital transformation engagement within the banking sector. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help the client modernize their banking operations, strengthen governance, and build a future-ready organization aligned with their strategic growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state banking operations across key domains including retail banking, corporate banking, payments, and digital channels
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve business processes, operating models, and service delivery
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps aligned with the client's transformation objectives
• Engage with senior client stakeholders across business and IT functions
• Produce high-quality deliverables: frameworks, blueprints, slide decks, and transition plans

Qualifications

• Vietnamese candidate currently residing and working in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative/analytical field
• 4–7 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in strategy, management, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated high exposure to the banking or financial services sector (core banking, corporate banking, trade finance, digital channels, payments, etc.)
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); ability to produce client-ready deliverables independently
