We are currently recruiting for two positions at two different locations: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCM & Dau Giay IZ- Dong Nai (Shuttle bus provided)
JOB SUMMARY
- Material cost analysis and job close follow up
- Operational cost (conversion cost) tracking and analysis
- Personnel cost analysis including production efficiency and labor rate
- Capex follow up
- Preparing management reports
- Tracking actual production KPIs vs target and improvement plans
- Assist in annual budgeting and planning process
- Analyze financial information to support business profitability and growth (labor variance, overhead cost variance, department expense vs budget, etc.)
- Check inventory movement and costing transactions; provide instructions to related departments to ensure correct system transactions
- Inventory accounting management including stock accounts and data reconciliation
- Track capital expenditure and department expenses; provide analysis to Management when necessary
- Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives
- Liaise with related teams and departments to ensure smooth month-end closing of costing journals
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager (new projects, finance process/procedure development, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- University graduate, major in Accounting
- Master of Accounting is an advantage
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Operations Finance
- Experience working with Big 4 is an advantage
Knowledge
- Very good written English
Functional Skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results
- Strong reporting skills with ability to translate financial information effectively
Other Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; ERP (Oracle) knowledge is preferable
- Willing to learn and accept challenges for career development
- Willing to work in Cu Chi - HCM & Dau Giay - Dong Nai (Shuttle bus provided)
