Company's industry: manufactures and supplies equipment solutions for the retail, logistics and service industries.
Working location: District 7, HCM City
Working time: 8:30 am 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Direct report to: Vice President

ABOUT THIS POSITION

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Introduction and rollout of new M365 services and platform features
Design and implementation of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams structural projects
Development of information architectures and metadata models
Design, development, and enhancement of Copilot Studio bots for HR, IT, and business units
Identification and integration of AI-driven optimizations for the Digital Workplace
Development of the Digital Workplace and Modern Workplace architecture
Evaluation of new technologies, AI features, and automation tools
Creation and maintenance of structures, standards, and guidelines
Support for change management initiatives and user adoption
Project communication with business units and management on an international level

REQUIREMENTS

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Multiple years experience in administering Microsoft 365 or comparable tools
Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI
Experience with file server structures is an advantage
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Curiosity and openness toward new technologies and modern working methods
Good written and spoken English skills
High level of loyalty and a long-term commitment to the company
Strong sense of ownership and quality-focused mindset
Proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking
