Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Logistics Manager located in Tân Uyên. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead and oversee all logistics operations across Vietnam.This role focuses heavily on managing import and export activities, ensuring full compliance, efficiency, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader capable of supervising nationwide logistics processes and managing multiple logistics partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping arrangements, and trade compliance.
  • Develop and improve logistics strategies, SOPs, and workflows across Vietnam. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers.
  • Control logistics costs through negotiation, supplier evaluation, and process optimization. Resolve complex logistics issues, shipment delays, or customs challenges with professionalism.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance to ensure logistics supports business needs.
  • Train, manage, and evaluate logistics staff; lead the team toward higher performance and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, Bill of Lading (B/L) processing, and Letters of Credit (L/C).
  • Proven track record of managing and negotiating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and 3PL providers to optimize costs.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English to coordinate with global stakeholders and local authorities.
