Job Overview
We are looking for a senior/lead legal professional to manage litigation and debt recovery activities, working closely with Courts, Enforcement Authorities, and external law firms to maximize recovery effectiveness and control legal risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and enforcement cases for assigned debt portfolios
- Manage and supervise external law firms and legal service providers
- Work directly with Courts, Enforcement Agencies, and relevant authorities
- Review and prepare litigation and enforcement documentation
- Negotiate with customers and propose appropriate recovery solutions
- Prepare work plans and report case progress and recovery results
- Propose handling strategies and process improvements
- (For Team Leader) allocate work, guide team members, and support performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
- Minimum 03 years of experience in litigation, enforcement, debt recovery, or management of external legal service providers.
- Strong knowledge of civil law, litigation, and enforcement procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in handling complex legal matters.
- Experience in banking, financial institutions, AMC, or law firms is preferred
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
