JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reviewing the contracts both soft files & hard files;
  • Reviewing the templates and ensuring PICs properly comply the workflow procedure
  • Preparing the licensing paperwork of all Entities and ensuring submit ontime with consistency
  • Preparing the Company reports, Resolution Minutes to submit to Gov for all the Company activities
  • Supporting on collecting bad debt of Company
  • Consultation on senior legal understating to PICs, ensuring all the contracts and relevant SoW comply with the law
  • Supporting on Ecommerce & livestream compliance
  • Managing the storage of all hard copies of Company, checking the pending document weekly and collecting from PIC.
  • Follow up and manage the litigation issues of the Company.
  • Weekly reporting to COO and ad-hoc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University of Law, having good experience in E-commerce & Advertising field
  • Having skills in in-depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, presentation skills.
  • Being proactive at work, stay updated with the law, being able to point out the problem with proper solutions.
  • At least 03-4 years in similar roles in the advertising field. Keen on learning with clear career path
  • Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software
  • A positive thinker, can-do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset. Aim to complete the task with high commitment.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Having strong legal mindset, willing to keep the standpoint in the good way
  • Having analysis skills with strong legal knowledge.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Having Lawyer practicing certificate is preferrable
  • Having experience working in law firm is preferrable
  • Open-minded attitude
  • Discipline, dedicated and focused mindset.
