1. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Legal Support
- Draft, review, and manage customer agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to sales transactions.
- Prepare and update terms & conditions, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts and legal correspondence.
- Track contract validity, renewals, and amendments.
- Manage and advise on recovery matters in consultation with outside counsel and management.
- Provide in consultation with external counsel legal advisory one employment matters
- Support legal matters relating to disputes, claims, and other legal issues, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Identify and highlight legal risks arising from contracts and business arrangements, and support risk mitigation actions.
- Support the implementation and use of standard legal templates, guidelines, and approved legal processes.
- Provide general legal support on data protection and confidentiality matters as part of contract and document review.
2. Communication & External Coordination
- Draft and support official correspondence with regulatory authorities and government bodies.
- Prepare official letters, notices, and formal communications on behalf of the company.
- Coordinate communication between management, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Support partnership agreements and collaboration documentation.
- Support regulatory‑related and corporate compliance matters through documentation and coordination with relevant parties.
- Support internal legal communication, knowledge sharing, and onboarding activities as required.
2. REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in B2B environments or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); candidates from reputable law universities are preferred.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
