Job Summary
Safeguard the reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including representing the Company before courts, investigation authorities, enforcement agencies, and other competent authorities and arbitrations;
- Handle corporate legal matters, including company incorporation, amendments to Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), business licenses, and other regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements; monitor legal updates and implement compliance programs.
- Provide legal advice, identify and mitigate legal risks, and draft/review legal documents and agreements.
- Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to support the Company's business operations and projects.
- Research and draft legal advice, legal update for related department and company; preparing and writing legal documents or cases;
- Translate legal documents and other documents;
- Store legal files and documents; Update legal documents;
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
Competencies Required
- Minimum 5 years experience working in an inhouse Legal Department or a law firm

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
