Senior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on contracts, corporate matters, compliance, and regulatory issues.

Support legal representation and work with external legal counsel when required.

Coordinate with Head Office on legal and corporate affairs matters.

Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal documents.

Handle company secretarial and corporate governance activities.

Ensure compliance with Company policies and HSE requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree is an advantage).

Licensed to practice law in Vietnam.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in multinational or energy-related companies.

Strong knowledge of civil and common law.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
