Provide legal advice and support on all legal, judicial and compliance matters of the company
Manage contracts, legal documentation, and support contract interpretation and implementation
Handle legal representation, disputes, and litigation with external legal counsel
Liaise closely with Headquarters and internal stakeholders on legal and corporate affairs matters
Manage company secretarial and corporate governance activities
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations, and internal policies
Promote and comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university (Master's degree is a plus)
Licensed to practice law in Vietnam
Minimum 5 years experience as Legal Counsel or equivalent role, preferably in multinational companies, highly prefer experience in agribusiness, carbon-offset activities and/or upstream oil and gas activities.
Solid knowledge of civil law and common law
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English a
