JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist acts as the operational lead and primary point of contact for our comprehensive Leadership Development Programs (LDP). Reporting to the program lead, this role takes ownership of the day-to-day execution of various LDP tracks and extended developmental journeys. From coordinating recurring developmental activities to partnering with functional managers on rotation evaluations, this role ensures our participants are engaged, challenged, and prepared to step into future leadership roles.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership Development Programs (LDP)
- Coordinate and execute LDP programs (e.g., 12-month, 18-month, and advanced tracks) to ensure a smooth and structured experience.
- Organize and facilitate cohort activities, development sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage participant journeys, including rotation planning and onboarding across functions.
- Partner with managers and mentors to ensure meaningful development experiences and timely feedback.
- Track participant progress, program KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- People Development Initiatives
- Support the implementation of Culture programs to drive engagement and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate and support 360 Feedback cycles, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
- Contribute to employee development activities across HR-L&D.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective and impactful learning solutions.
- Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program effectiveness through data tracking, feedback, and reporting.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to programs and processes.
- Cross-functional Support
- Support other HR-L&D initiatives and projects as assigned based on business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or program coordination.
- Experience in managing structured or long-term development programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of talent development practices (onboarding, training coordination, performance tracking, program evaluation).
- Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good data tracking and reporting capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with participants, managers, and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and influencing skills across different levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience with and ability to use automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Excel VBA) to streamline administrative tasks and data management is a plus.
