Job Description

Company information: A leading provider of comprehensive laboratory solutions in Vietnam (including laboratory equipment, certified reference materials, chemical reagents, and laboratory consumables). We supply to a wide range of industries (Pharmaceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Veterinary, Biotechnology, Semiconductors, ...).

Working location:

  • Ha Noi: 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward
  • Ho Chi Minh: 338 Nguyen Trong Tuyen, Tan Son Hoa Ward

Working time: Mon - Sat morning (8AM - 5PM)

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement the work plan (including promotional activities, technical consulting, and commercial development) based on the approved business plan to achieve the assigned sales targets.
  • Execute sales activities following approved purchase and delivery plans; proactively promote and sell available stock to ensure no products exceed half of their shelf life. Track order status to intervene and support customers in accordance with the company's regulations and customer service policies.
  • Proactively manage and collect customer receivables based on sales policies and the company's credit control regulations. Propose suitable debt recovery approaches for each customer to ensure on-time collections.
  • Conduct regular and continuous customer care activities to maintain and strengthen existing business relationships and develop new projects. Receive customer complaints related to supply and product quality, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Identify, develop, and establish business relationships with new potential customers in the assigned sector through proactive engagement, product introduction, technical consulting, and proposing new formulas and ideas.
  • Collect and analyze market and industry information based on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; propose recommendations to the Line Manager regarding market strategy, market positioning, and product positioning to meet market needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, etc.
  • At least 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience related to Pure Chemical and Consumables.
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+/IELTS 6.5 preferred).
