Senior/Lead PHP Developer

Salary: upto 45M

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for internal systems and external clients.
• Work primarily with TypeScript or PHP (Ruby is a plus), and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, code review, testing, and maintenance.
• Apply AI tools throughout the SDLC to support documentation, research, coding, testing, and productivity improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience (mandatory: TypeScript or PHP; Ruby is an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with at least one relational database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience in coding, investigation, detailed design, solution review, and unit testing.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, testable code in compliance with coding standards.
• Experience using AI tools for research, documentation, and development automation.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud-related concepts.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
• Ability to identify issues early and proactively escalate to senior developers or team leaders.
• Capable of communicating in English during meetings at a basic working level.
• Positive learning mindset, logical thinking, and professional working attitude.

Plus points

• Experience in team leadership or mentoring.
