Job: Senior - Lead Game Designer

Location: An Khang Building, S 28, ng s 19, Phng An Khánh, Tp. H Chí Minh

Experience Level: Senior - Lead (Open for Middle)

Salary Range: Competitive and negotiable

Responsibilities

Task 1: Onboarding and Orientation for Game Designer

• Assign tasks and help guide the Game Designer's growth
• Create a plan to support and improve the Game Designer's skills

Task 2: Create Design Documents and Balance Game Metrics

• Communicate with the Production Lead to plan the development of new games
• Guide Game Designers in creating design documents, or directly handle the documentation for the product
• Supervise and directly participate in the project to make sure it stays on track with the intended timeline
• Communicate with developers to align on data structure and design direction
• Ensure all game balancing is properly handled—either by reviewing the team's adjustments or doing it hands-on when necessary.

Task 3: Review game metrics and improve the product

Task 4: Market Analysis and Evaluation

• Analyze and evaluate the market to propose a game idea that I can develop for the production team.

Requirements:

• Graduated from high school or higher education
• More than 4 years of experience
• Skills:

- Good communication skills

- Strong research, information processing, and synthesis skills

- Ability to absorb and learn new knowledge

• Knowledge

- Knowledge of the mobile game market and ability to quickly catch trends

- Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation

- Understanding of probability and statistics

- Knowledge of Unity (C#)

• Others:

- Good interpersonal skills

- Eager to learn, passionate about playing and developing games

- Open-minded and receptive to others opinions
