Your mission
- Lead footwear engineering functions such as pattern, tooling etc.
- Establish guideline for pattern and last management
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support during product development meetings
- Lead process standardization in development and commercialization
- Work with innovation team to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production
- Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity and quality, and drive initiatives that set ON apart from other brands
- Oversee product development and commercialization timelines to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Your story
- Strong expertise in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality
- Experience in people management and stakeholder management in working with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments
- Able to travel frequently to On's manufacturing partners both in south and north of Vietnam
