ROLE OVERVIEW
You are the most senior delivery resource on complex INFOR CSI/SyteLine engagements. You hold overall accountability for project outcomes, lead the technical and functional delivery team, and represent Gradion in strategic client relationships. You drive pre-sales from initial discovery through contract close. Your operations experience and ERP depth make you a trusted authority for clients at the C-level and operational management level.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Serve as Project Lead or Technical Lead on complex, multi-workstream INFOR CSI/SyteLine engagements
- Own overall project delivery: scope, timeline, quality, team performance, and client satisfaction
- Manage escalations and resolve delivery risks independently or with Practice leadership
- Lead a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants; build capability across the team
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for client executive and senior operational stakeholders
- Drive pre-sales engagements from discovery through proposal: scoping, estimation, solution design, and commercial presentation
- Define delivery methodology, standards, and reusable assets for the Industrial Solutions ERP practice
- Travel frequently to client sites within Vietnam; regular travel to Thailand and potentially other SEA markets
WHAT WILL YOU BRING:
Technical Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency across multiple CSI/SyteLine modules; ability to oversee technical architecture decisions
- Strong track record managing fixed-price projects from scoping through go-live and hypercare
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing delivery teams
- Commercially literate: can read and contribute to project contracts, SOWs, and change requests
- Broad ERP ecosystem knowledge; cross-platform experience (SAP, Oracle, or WMS) is a clear advantage
Preferred Background
- Significant hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or warehouse management — either as an industry professional or through deep client-side ERP work
- Experience structuring and closing professional services contracts
- Familiarity with multi-site or cross-border ERP rollouts across SEA
Certification (nice to have):
- Infor WMS – Associate Certification
- Multiple CSI/SyteLine module certifications across Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical tracks
- Additional ERP or WMS platform expertise (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Manhattan Associates, etc.)
Language Proficiency
- Vietnamese: native or professional proficiency
- English is a plus

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
