About the Role:

EQuest Education Group is seeking a Senior L&OD Executive (Functional Expert) to drive our organizational capability and foster a high-performance culture. This role is designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Learning & Development (L&D) and Culture & Engagement (C&E).

As a Senior Executive, you will apply best practices to advance our people strategy across the Group, ensuring our workforce is engaged, skilled, and aligned with EQuest's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate L&D & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver internal training programs, including onboarding for specialists and leadership development sessions.
  • Manage training logistics, vendor relationships, and financial procedures for Group-level learning initiatives.
  • Support the development of competency frameworks and lead 360-degree assessment tools to identify and bridge capability gaps.

2. Digital Learning Ecosystem

  • LMS Ownership: Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high user engagement and data accuracy.
  • Content Digitalization: Transform traditional training into engaging digital formats, exploring AI integration and Gamification to enhance the learner experience.

3. Culture & Employee Experience

  • Implement initiatives that promote a positive corporate culture and reinforce EQuest's DNA across all Business Units.
  • Manage internal communication channels and execute Employee Experience Surveys (EES) to drive engagement.
  • Organize corporate events and rituals that foster connection and celebrate organizational milestones.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize Power BI and other tools to track L&OD metrics, providing insights that influence HR strategy and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Corporate Culture within large-scale organizations (>1,000 employees).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or Education.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Instructional Design and Digitalization.
  • Advanced skills in LMS Administration and Data Analytics (Power BI).
  • Mastery of MS Office and engagement tools (Canva, Menti, etc.).
  • Language: Professional fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset with a lifelong learning attitude. You are proactive, action-oriented, and possess strong facilitation skills.
