Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Program Design & Implementation: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to design and implement comprehensive training programs.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Conduct orientation training and internal culture workshops for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
  • Operations & Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; assess trainer quality and student performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the training budget and ensure the efficient use of approved resources.
  • E-Learning & Documentation: Manage training software systems, records, and reports according to company standards.
  • Competency Assessment: Build and integrate assessment tools to evaluate post-training effectiveness and periodic employee competency.
  • Process Improvement: Collect feedback and conduct surveys to propose continuous improvements in training methods.
  • Performance Impact: Analyze the impact of training programs on employee productivity and work efficiency.
  • Other Duties: Execute additional tasks as requested by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: College or University degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience in the field of training and organizational development.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Deep understanding of coaching, training, and human development.
  • Strong ability to stay updated with new trends in organizational learning.
  • Dynamic, creative, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work under high pressure and maintain strict confidentiality.
