Role Description

1.B2B Acquisition:

  • Identify and approach potential business customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target businesses.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with customer needs and the company's direction.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

2.Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Actively track client activity to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

3.Sales Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including acquisition rates and retention trends.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, track pipeline progress, and streamline communication.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Support management with insights and recommendations to improve sales processes.

Relevant Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Key Account / Wholesale / B2B experience in the FMCG/Fashion industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and withstand pressure.
  • English proficiency.

Technical: Proficiency in B2B sales strategies, CRM tools, and market research techniques.

Operational: Strong pipeline management, sales tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Managerial: Ability to negotiate, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Human & Cultural: Excellent communication, customer-centric mindset, and adaptability to market trends.
