Technical Qualifications

Java Mastery: Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Framework ecosystem.

Architectural Depth: Hands-on experience with Microservices and scalable system design.

Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.

Open Source Passion: A strong interest in Linux distributions and OpenJDK® environments.

Language:

English: Professional working proficiency (at least via chat/documentation).

Japanese: A significant advantage (JLPT N3+), but not mandatory if your technical English is strong.
