JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and

secure Java applications.

- Architect solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software.

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

- Stay updated on Java technologies and advocate relevant innovations.

- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality and architectural integrity.

Key Skills

- Java (Expert), SQL & Database Optimization

- Clean Code & Defensive Programming

- Distributed Systems & Microservices

- API Design (RESTful, GraphQL)

- Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security

- Tech Stack: Jakarta EE (Java EE)

Requirements Skills and Knowledge

Expert in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud,

Jakarta EE, and Hibernate.

Min 5+ experience years in Sr. Java Developer

Strong grasp of design patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.

Leadership experience in team mentoring and technical direction.

Excellent communicator, capable of engaging both technical and non

technical stakeholders.

Skilled in performance tuning and application optimization.

Proficiency in English communication
