Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Java Engineers who are motivated, resultsdriven, and passionate about building scalable microservices for bankingrelated frontend applications. As part of our delivery team, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle and provide strong technical expertise to ensure highquality delivery. You will collaborate closely with international teams in an Agile environment and play a key role in ongoing technology transformation initiatives for the client.

Job Description

  • Serve as a Senior/Lead Java Developer in a complex, enterpriselevel environment.
  • Develop highquality solutions using Java 8+ and modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservicesbased architectures.
  • Work with Cloud computing, especially AWS, with exposure to Serverless development.
  • Apply handson experience with Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS technologies such as AWS Lambda.
  • Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) within a global software development environment.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices and Continuous Delivery.
  • Work with modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, NPM, Gradle).
  • Participate actively in Agile development environments.
  • Produce clean, maintainable, wellstructured, and welldocumented code.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Apply solid understanding of standard software engineering processes and testing practices.

Job Requirements

MustHave

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer within complex, enterprise-level environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and modern Java open-source frameworks, especially Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading the development of RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.
  • Exposure to Cloud computing, particularly AWS (Serverless experience is a plus).
  • Practical experience with containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and AWS Lambda.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), especially when working with global teams.
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and CI/CD tooling (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, NPM, Gradle).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, structured, and welldocumented code.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Good understanding of software engineering processes and testing methodologies.

NicetoHave

  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Certifications or training related to IT, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Resilience4j and resilience patterns.
  • Experience with ReactJS and Node.js.
