Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

·      Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and JSP.

·      Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL objects, and database performance.

·      Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.

·      Collaborate with business users, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

·      Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.

·      Identify and resolve system performance and application issues.

·      Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical standards.

·      Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Technical Skills

·      7+ years of experience in Java application development.

·      Strong hands-on experience with Java and JSP.

·      Extensive experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and database optimization.

·      Solid experience with HTML and JavaScript.

·      Experience with AWS and CI/CD practices is a strong advantage.

·      Experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain industry is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

·      Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

·      Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

·      Good communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·      Experience with system integration and enterprise application development.

·      Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.

·      Logistics or supply chain experience.
