Senior Java Developer

We are looking for Senior Java Developers to work on Core Banking and Financial Gateway

systems. The role covers the design, development, integration, and maintenance of core

banking modules and financial gateway systems. The role supports high volume transaction

processing and integration with banking payment platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Core Banking applications and Financial Gateway
• Design and implement Java-based backend services using Spring / Spring Boot
• Integrate internal banking systems with external payment and settlement platforms
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries for transactional and reporting purposes
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, deployment, and production support, also handle maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with functional teams and banking users to deliver compliant solutions
• Review design and code, propose technical solutions, and mentor team members

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in Java, particularly Spring / Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and Oracle SQL
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with financial transaction systems or payment gateways is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of IT development experience in the financial industry
• Banking domain experience is strongly preferred
• Experience integrating with CITAD, NAPAS, Debit Card Systems, e-TAX, VNACCS, or similar banking gateways is a plus
• Experience with Core Banking modules (Loans & Deposits) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments
• Good problem solving and analytical thinking
• Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
