ABOUT THE JOB
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: from technical analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and automated delivery processes.
- Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
- Work in agile teams using methodologies, especially Scrum.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- From 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud-native development.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) essential for client communication and collaboration in international teams.
- Experience working in agile environments and client-facing roles is a plus.
