Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Backend Developers located in Minh Khai, working on both new system development and existing platform optimization.

What you'll do

• Design & develop backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)
• Build scalable systems with microservices & distributed architecture
• Work on both new system development and existing platform optimization
• Troubleshoot and improve system performance
• Proactively propose technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional & international teams

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with microservices & distributed systems
• Solid understanding of system design, performance, and scalability
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with AWS or cloud platforms is a strong advantage
• Familiar with testing frameworks and best practices
• Proactive mindset, able to work independently and take ownership
• Good English communication for daily work

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka / event-driven systems
• Exposure to data systems or AI-related projects
