  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles (e.g. Software Engineers, DevOps, Product, Data).
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn, tech communities, and creative campaigns.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Brainstorm with the team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies
  • Make sure that the targets are aligned
  • Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the Recruitment Coordinators

Requirements:

  • Japanese JLPT N2+(able to communicate fluently)
  • 2 yearsof experience intechnical recruiting:software, product, or data roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing requirements and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to secure top talent.
