We are seeking an experienced IT PM to lead the delivery of projects/products in banking and finance in a complex enterprise environment. You will play a critical role in planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication, enabling teams to focus on delivering value while maintaining transparency and reporting for leadership.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage end-to-end product development projects
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
- Drive delivery across engineering, data, product, and external partners (banks, payment gateways).
- Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and report to senior stakeholders.
- Guide teams in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
What You Need
- 5+ years in IT Project Management, with banking/fintech domain experience.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale software/data projects (payments, digital banking, integrations, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams, including external partners.
- Solid hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, such as: Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.
- Having project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP is a plus.
- A background in computer science, computer engineering or data science is a plus.
