Job title                           : Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

·      A senior business analyst is responsible for getting, planning, managing, and executing business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes defining the scope, requirements, and deliverables, conducting research and analysis, facilitating requirement gathering sessions/workshops and meetings, creating and validating models and documents, and ensuring quality and alignment with standards and best practices.

·      Act as a bridge between the business and the technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications, and providing guidance and support to the developers and testers.

·      Act as a bridge between stakeholders (IT teams, clients, Vendors, Application supports, etc.) to identify business needs, carry out necessary processes, establish good rapport for the success of the project.

·      Participate in multi projects simultaneously while having to judge each of them.

·      Additionally, a senior business analyst mentors, coaches and lead business analysts, and contributes to the improvement of business analysis processes and methods.

Job qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or related field
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position. 
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analyst. 
• A solid understanding of key technical concepts, including development algorithms, software design principles, data structures and version control systems. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing responsibilities in a fast-paced and agile environment. 
• Proficient in writing clear documentation and creating user-friendly wireframes. 
• Solid understanding of use case analysis and translating technical requirements into user-centric solutions. 
• Fluent in English is required (French is an optional).
• Knowledge of the Media industry is a big plus.
