OBJECTIVE
- To conduct an independent assessment of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures, and standards governing the Company's information technology management.
- To detect and to prevent the violations of the laws for improvement of the efficiency of the management, operation, and control on the information technology.
- To make proposals for the improvement of the systems, procedures, regulations, helping to ensure that company information technology is operating safely, efficiently and legally.
- To ensure best practices, standards and procedures of the company in IT audit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct independent IT risk-based audits in compliance with State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) regulations, Home Credit Group regulations, and other IT best practices.
- Support audit activities related to technology/IT, including data analysis.
- Ensure sufficient, reliable, and relevant audit evidence is gathered for technology/IT-related audit areas.
- Propose and assess remedial actions related to IT audit findings, including monitoring their completion.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of Group Audit findings and recommendations.
- Cooperate with Group Audit, with the opportunity to join audit missions in other Home Credit entities.
- Complete audit work updates and follow-up results in the audit system in accordance with assigned audit tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience working in an IT related position.
- Working experience as IT audit/IT control/IT compliance/IT security/IT ops related position.
- Open to all industries, working experience in CFC/Banking or Audit firms is a plus.
- Good stakeholders management and communication, willing to learn, logical thinking.
- Intermediate English communication.
