Job Summary:
Responsible for:
1. Managing investor relations activities to ensure:
2. Overseeing disclosure compliance for listed subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organize investor visits and attend domestic/international investment conferences.
2. Coordinate and prepare the Company's annual report.
3. Develop and review investor materials (Investor Newsletter, Presentations, FAQs).
4. Manage investor communication channels (Company website, email, brokerage firms, media, social platforms in coordination with Corporate Communications).
5. Oversee shareholder management, including rights execution and non-deposited shareholders.
6. Represent the company in dealings with regulatory bodies (VSD, HOSE, SSC) on disclosures and related matters.
7. Organize quarterly meetings connecting investors with the Executive Board.
8. Plan and coordinate the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
9. Support AGMs for listed subsidiaries.
10. Assist in evaluating bond investment opportunities, M&A deals, and financial analysis of listed peers or target companies.
11. Train, guide, and evaluate team members; build and maintain a capable workforce.
12. Monitor disclosure compliance of listed subsidiaries.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
2. Preference for candidates with international certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, ICIR.
Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in securities companies, investment funds (in Analysis or Investment departments), or equivalent-sized companies.
2. Experience working with VSD, HOSE, SSC regarding shareholder management, stock issuance, dividend payment, shareholder information updates, and information disclosure.
Knowledge & Skills
1. Strong understanding of securities law, finance, and accounting regulations.
2. Solid financial analysis skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
5. Strong report writing and presentation skills.
6. Leadership and team development capabilities.

2. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
