• Investment opportunityidentification:open doors toother property developers,brokers,landlords,obtain relevant opportunity information andanalyse it finely to evaluate risks, createfinancial models,analyselandand project legalbasis,propose acquisition strategy with term-sheet, preparepre-investment committee
• Leadprojects due diligence,prepare investmentreport forthe company'smanagement committee,negotiate and closedeal ,support contract preparation
• Manageproject to securelicensingsteps,coordinate with joint venture / consultants
• Monitor financial performance ofproject ,update financial model
• Assistin bank liaison for funds sourcing.
• Prepare quarterly market report tailored tothe company'sneed
• Develop, in coordination with the CEO, an integrated business plan that enable to meetshort- and long-termambitions
• Act as the principal public relation officer of the company and represent it with government entities, the financial community, and the public
• Recruit, develop,manageand motivate employeesin the team
• Other assignments by the Line Manager and Board of Directors.

• Ability toidentifyresidential projects on your own and carry out the due diligences to secure investment
• Extensive experience in real estateresidentialindustry (10+ years) with a strong network
• Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Political awareness, professionalexpertise, financial orientation, strong entrepreneurial spirit, cross culturalawarenessand team spirit
• Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent tomaintainthe company's overall objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
