We're growing and looking for Senior Interior Designer (Senior Concept Designer & Senior 3D Desisgner) to join our team at DBGroup. 1. Concept Design's Role : Develop layout and concept for interior design projects (Office, Retail, Hospitality & Residential,.../ apartment, shophouse, resort, villa,...)
- Communicate with clients to understand and capture their needs.
- Develop layout and interior design concepts for projects in Office, Retail, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.
- Consult and present design solutions to clients, focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and practical implementation.
- Manage design execution throughout the construction process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Design Department
2. 3D Interior Design's Role: Create 3D visualizations for interior projects based on design concepts
- Develop 3D interior design visualizations based on briefs from concept teams or the business department
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SketchUp/ 3Dsmax and rendering tools to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure both aesthetic quality and feasibility for construction
- Research and apply new technologies to enhance professional performance
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the 3D Team Leader
We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in interior design, ideally with high-end projects
- Graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, or other related fields.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Creative and passionate about interior design.
