Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, develop and review construction drawings, provide space planning solutions, and oversee FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and integration. This role also involves collaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and aesthetically compelling design projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including conceptualization and aesthetic judgment, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture to create functional and efficient designs.
- Experience with Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, with knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings to create cohesive spaces.
- Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and construction teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in interior design or related fields is highly desirable.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
