Job Description

Aon Vina Co., Ltd. is the owner and operator of the Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower complex, the 72-story landmark building in Hanoi. With more than 600 employees, Aon Vina continuously strives to enhance service quality, improve customer satisfaction, contribute to Vietnam's development, and strengthen economic cooperation between Vietnam and Korea.

Working Location: Landmark 72, Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and monitoring activities to ensure all departments comply with the Company's internal regulations, operating procedures, and established policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental operations, identifying potential risks, control weaknesses, or non-compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and verify internal violations, irregularities, or misconduct; collect relevant information, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to review and assess existing business processes, proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Company's internal control system.
  • Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, or similar positions.
  • Fluent in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in Korean for daily work and direct discussions with senior management.
  • Proven experience in conducting operational reviews, investigations, compliance assessments, and recommending corrective or preventive actions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with the ability to provide practical recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • High level of integrity, objectivity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience working for Korean companies or large corporate groups is highly preferred.
