Lead and manage Greenfeed's Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity and Technology Operations to ensure secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective technology services supporting all business operations across Feed, Farm, Food, Logistics and Corporate functions.
- Define and execute a long-term infrastructure & security strategy aligned with the company's digital transformation roadmap and business expansion plans.
- Lead, grow, and develop the InfraSec team (infrastructure, network, cybersecurity) — including hiring, coaching, and building individual capability roadmaps.
- Own full accountability for system uptime, SLAs, and infrastructure performance across all business units.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise information security framework (security policies, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance) aligned with ISO 27001 and applicable Vietnamese regulations.
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of infrastructure solutions (cloud, hybrid, edge), ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, and business unit teams to ensure infrastructure meets both operational and innovation demands.
- Design and execute DR/BCP (Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity) plans, ensuring system resilience in critical scenarios.
- Report regularly to the CIO on infrastructure KPIs, security risk posture, budget utilization, and technology roadmap.
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years Infrastructure and Security experience
- 5+ years leading Infrastructure/Security teams
- Experience in enterprises with 2,000+ users
- Experience leading incident and crisis management
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server, virtualization, and cloud (AWS / Azure)
- Solid cybersecurity expertise: SOC, SIEM, endpoint protection, IAM, zero-trust
- Demonstrated leadership building high-accountability technical teams
Nice to have:
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
- Background in manufacturing, agri-food, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Experience building an in-house SOC or implementing ISO 27001
- OT/IoT security exposure in factory or farm environments
