Working hours: 8:00 – 17:30, Monday–Saturday (off 2 Saturdays/month, 1.5 hours lunch break)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IMC Manager to lead customer-centric communication across Digital, IMC 360°, KOL/KOC, Affiliate and Community.

This role focuses on building meaningful brand experiences, turning customers into advocates, and shaping how our beauty brands connect with people at every touchpoint.

What you will do

• Lead CX Communication & IMC 360° strategy across Digital, Social, KOL/KOC, Affiliate, Community and CRM.
• Build and scale KOL/KOC, Affiliate and customer communities that drive trust, advocacy and conversion.
• Own brand voice and customer experience consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, Product and Commercial teams to align communication with business goals.
• Support new product launches through insight-driven storytelling and go-to-market communication.
• Lead and inspire communication & community teams in a fast-growing environment.

What we're looking for

• 4–6+ years of experience in Communication, Digital Marketing, IMC or CX (beauty/lifestyle is a strong plus).
• Strong background in Digital, Social, Influencer (KOL/KOC) and Community Marketing.
• Agency planner experience is a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinking, strong storytelling and leadership mindset.
• Passion for beauty and a strong ambition to bring Vietnamese products to the global market.
