Department: Human Resources
*Responsibilities:*
1. Recruitment management: Develop recruitment plans, post job advertisements, coordinate interviews, select candidates, and manage onboarding processes.
2. Payroll & attendance management: Oversee attendance records, working hours, overtime calculations, payroll preparation, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
3. Labor relations: Manage labor contracts, employee relations, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and support dispute resolution.
4. Employee data management: Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, social insurance, and HR documentation.
5. Team management & leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop the HR team; assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure efficient HR operations and achievement of department goals.
6. HR process improvement: Review and optimize HR processes, policies, and internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
7. Reporting & compliance: Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations and reporting requirements to authorities.
8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and HR operations.
3. Previous experience in team supervision, task coordination, or managing HR staff is preferred.
4. Good understanding of labor law, payroll processes, social insurance, and employee relations.
5. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
7. Proficiency in Chinese or English communication (both spoken and written) is preferred.
