We are looking for a HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities while contributing to core HR operations, learning & development, employee relations, C&B support, and expatriate coordination. This role requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Support (Primary Focus)
- Support manpower planning through data collection and recruitment tracking.
- Source candidates via multiple channels; screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring status reports.
- Execute recruitment activities according to approved plans and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment reports.
2. Organization Development
- Assist in distributing internal communications for change initiatives.
- Support team-building activities and coordinate logistics with external facilitators.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Support
- Gather, verify, and organize payroll-related documents.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
4. HR Operations
- Execute onboarding & offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee files (digital and physical) in compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate office supply purchases and monitor daily office needs.
- Support travel arrangements, courier services, pantry and cleaning coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment coordination, HR operations, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
