We are supporting a fast-growing regional technology and retail solutions group in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy, headcount planning, and culture initiatives across Vietnam.
This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution ideal for an HR leader who thrives in dynamic, tech-driven environments and enjoys building frameworks that scale with growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Country Head and Regional HR leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Drive workforce and headcount planning, ensuring the right structure and capabilities are in place to support growth.
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for critical commercial and functional roles.
- Champion culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, belonging, and high performance.
- Support performance management, learning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, policies, and compliance under Vietnam labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 710 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a HRBP capacity.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within tech (must), product, and engineering functions.
- Strong background in headcount planning, organizational design, and culture-building.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage, or technology-driven organizations.
