Senior HSE Officer

Role & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate/Implement assigned tasks to establish, implement and maintain HSE management system
• Manage HSE risks and Environment impacts
• Establish, review HSE documentations
• Internal/external audit and compliance review
• Plan, monitor and update HSE training plan
• Implement/Assist implementing Corrective action/ Preventive action
• Periodically report HSE performance to involved parties
• Support team leader for audit

Requirement

• Graduated Occupational safety and health major or related field
• Good at English. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing, lab operations, TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), industrial, or similar high‑risk environments.
• Professional certifications are a strong advantage: ISO 45001/14001; Fire Safety; Risk Assessment
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to influence staff at all levels
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Proactiveness, attention to detail, and leadership capability
