This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior HRIS (IT) professional based in Bangkok. The role involves managing, maintaining, an enhancing the HRIS to support the organization's human resource operations and decision-making processes. Daily tasks include configuring system functionalities, analyzing business processes, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to HR and related teams. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features or enhancements in HR systems, as well as providing training and documentation for end-users. Remote work flexibility is available as part of this position.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and understanding of Human Resources (HR) operations
Analytical skills to effectively analyze and interpret data for decision-making
Knowledge of business processes and their optimization in the HR domain
Experience and understanding of employee benefits processes and systems
Proficiency in problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and system configuration
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental projects
Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
