Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Organization Development & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and manage workforce plans and HR budgets for assigned business units
  • Monitor and control headcount in alignment with business strategy
  • Maintain and optimize organizational structures, job descriptions, and role clarity
  • Conduct job evaluation and contribute to competitive compensation frameworks

2. Performance Management

  • Lead annual KPI setting and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Advise and monitor quarterly and annual performance review cycles
  • Analyze performance outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership

3. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Identify and assess high-potential employees
  • Design and implement talent development and succession plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to build leadership pipeline and capability development programs

4. HR Policies, Systems & Projects

  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
  • Ensure alignment between HR practices and overall business direction
  • Lead or participate in HR system implementation and transformation initiatives
  • Drive HR projects across the organization

5. Compensation, Promotion & Employee Relations

  • Partner with business leaders on salary review, promotion, and appointment decisions
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned by line management

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Background in Media, Advertising, or Technology is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in HR frameworks development, policy design, and HR operations

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Management, and Total Rewards
  • Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • High level of integrity, maturity, and attention to detail

Other Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English (working proficiency)
