Key Responsibilities
1. Organization Development & Workforce Planning
- Develop and manage workforce plans and HR budgets for assigned business units
- Monitor and control headcount in alignment with business strategy
- Maintain and optimize organizational structures, job descriptions, and role clarity
- Conduct job evaluation and contribute to competitive compensation frameworks
2. Performance Management
- Lead annual KPI setting and ensure alignment with business goals
- Advise and monitor quarterly and annual performance review cycles
- Analyze performance outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership
3. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Identify and assess high-potential employees
- Design and implement talent development and succession plans
- Partner with stakeholders to build leadership pipeline and capability development programs
4. HR Policies, Systems & Projects
- Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Ensure alignment between HR practices and overall business direction
- Lead or participate in HR system implementation and transformation initiatives
- Drive HR projects across the organization
5. Compensation, Promotion & Employee Relations
- Partner with business leaders on salary review, promotion, and appointment decisions
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned by line management
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Background in Media, Advertising, or Technology is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in HR frameworks development, policy design, and HR operations
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Management, and Total Rewards
- Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
