Job Description

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Functional HR Strategy:

  • Understand overall HR vision, strategy drivers, Must-Win Battles, HR Agenda & activities, together with partnered business KPIs and how to drive concrete actions to support HRBP Manager and HR Team to achieve the aligned KPIs with excellent performance.

2. Change & Culture building:

  • To lead all staff activities to deliver cultural building in your partnered Functions/ BU successfully.
  • To implement the change project and culture change in partnered functions/ BU.

3. Recruitment: Ensure all activities of Talent acquisition OTIF.

4. Talent Development:

  • To build the talent pipeline by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms.
  • Lead talent review, identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback and creation of individual development plans.

5. Training & Development:

  • To work with Functional Managers in identifying Training Needs which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
  • Follow up on their post-training evaluation and development.
  • Propose and give input for HRBP Manager when justifying in all promotion cases.

6. HR Policies:

  • To follow up the performance management process and ensure it is well complied and implemented in all partnered functions
  • Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.

7. Employee Engagement:

  • To conduct various employee engagement activities (Wellness/ Festivals/ Sports etc.)
  • Find a professional way to approach the partnered functions and become their trustworthy & excellent HR Business Partner to get their true insight and feedbacks in order to propose to HRBP Manager prompt actions before leading to conflict.

8. Others:

  • Prepare HR Reports as assigned by HRBP Manager and submit as per timeline.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: University degree.
  • Work Experience: at least 4 years of experience in HR functions. Experience in HRBP, recruitment/talent acquisition for Supply Chain or Commercial team is highly preferred.
  • Be able to travel across warehouse sites.
  • Possess sense of business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good at Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing).
