Senior HR Specialist

CSW Industrials (NYSE: CSWI) a US publicly traded company in NewYork stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We're having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named T.A Industries Inc. Vietnam

Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement – Main Focus

• Create ideas, photos, videos and short-form content to promote the Company's working environment, culture, people and career opportunities on TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Support recruitment livestreams and other employer branding campaigns.
• Coordinate Company events and employee engagement activities such as Year End Party, Women's Day, Blood Donation, Running Events, 0đ Market and other internal activities.
• Explore new ideas and communication channels to strengthen the Company's employer brand and employee engagement.

2. Talent Acquisition

• Develop candidate sources through LinkedIn, Facebook, job sites, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Post vacancies and support recruitment communication.
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Follow up candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support job offers, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.

3. Others

• Maintain communication with employees and listen to their concerns or feedback.
• Support HR in understanding employee issues and identifying appropriate solutions when needed.
• Support employee feedback collection, engagement and retention activities.
• Support other HR projects and assignments as requested by the HR Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience & Soft skills

o  Minimum 4+ years of HR experience: Focus Employer Branding, TA, ER in large-scale manufacturing environments (preferably with 1000+ employees).

o  University degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

o  Experience in Employer Branding, TA, Social Media Content or Employee Engagement is preferred.

o  Strong interest in TikTok, Facebook, social media and content creation.

o  Creative and comfortable developing photos, videos and recruitment content.

o  Experience with Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.

o  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

o  Proactive, energetic and willing to interact with employees.

•  Technical Skills:

o  Good at Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.

o  We provide both hardware and the Pro version of the software (Canva, Capcut)
