Compensation & Benefits (60%)
- Payroll Processing: Execute monthly payroll for employees, including calculation of commissions allowances, and deductions.
- Social Insurance: Handle all procedures related to SHUI (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance), including registrations, claims, and monthly reports.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT): Manage PIT declarations, finalization, and tax code registrations for local and potentially expat staff.
- Labor Compliance: Maintain employee files, manage Offer Letter; labor contracts (renewals/terminations), and ensure all practices align with the Vietnam Labor Code.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, labor costs,) to HR Manager and relative departments, and provide data-driven insights to the Board of Directors. Any reports required by HRM.
Employee Relations & Engagement (30%)
- Internal Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled professionally in both Vietnamese and English.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Organize smooth integration for new hires; conduct Orientation Training from HR side and conduct professional exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for employee grievances and ensure a fair, transparent disciplinary process if necessary.
- Culture Building: Coordinate internal events, team bonding activities, and welfare programs to boost morale in a high-pressure trading environment.
HR Administration (10%)
- Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in English.
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
