Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments across HR operational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, C&B, employee records, and offboarding
  • Review and strengthen internal controls within HR processes to mitigate operational and compliance risks
  • Partner with HR Operations, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams on risk reviews and remediation plans
  • Identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities across HR activities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR governance and risk frameworks

Requirements

  • 812 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or HR Risk
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations processes and controls
  • Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in risk assessment, internal controls, or governance frameworks
